산 것이 안 보여요
기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치하면 구매 내역을 다시 불러와야 합니다. 설정(톱니) → 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 계정을 만들지 않아도 같은 Apple 계정이면 그대로 돌아옵니다. 그래도 안 되면 메일로 알려 주세요.
별과 진행도는 어디에 저장되나요
기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 사라지고, 다른 기기로 옮겨지지 않습니다. 구매한 내용은 위의 '구매 복원'으로 되찾을 수 있지만, 진행도는 복원되지 않습니다.
광고를 없애고 싶어요
빛 전체 해금을 사면 배너와 전면 광고가 영구히 사라집니다. 잠긴 월드 4~7 이 전부 열리는 상품이라, 월드를 다 여실 생각이면 그쪽 하나면 됩니다. 광고만 따로 없애는 상품은 팔지 않습니다.
「추적을 허용하시겠습니까?」가 떴어요
광고를 보여주는 회사가 쓰는 iOS 광고 식별자에 대한 물음입니다. 허용하지 않으셔도 모든 기능을 그대로 쓰실 수 있고, 광고 횟수도 같습니다. 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 나올 뿐입니다. 언제든 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 바꾸실 수 있습니다.
소리가 안 나요
아이폰 옆면의 무음 스위치가 켜져 있으면 앱 안의 소리 설정과 무관하게 소리가 나지 않습니다. 스위치를 확인해 주세요.
오늘의 빛 기록이 순위표에 없어요
통신이 끊긴 상태로 풀었다면 결과가 기기에 먼저 담겼다가 나중에 자동으로 올라갑니다. 앱을 다시 켜고 잠시 기다려 주세요. 하루 경계는 한국시간 자정이고, 순위에는 그날의 첫 판만 오릅니다.
판이 안 풀려요
모든 판은 힌트 없이 풀 수 있게 검증돼 있습니다. 막히면 되돌리기로 처음부터 다시 보시거나 힌트를 쓰셔도 됩니다. 힌트는 짧은 광고를 보고 받으며, 보실지 먼저 여쭙습니다 — 누르자마자 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 횟수 제한은 없고, 빛길은 힌트를 돈으로 팔지 않습니다. 「빛 전체 해금」을 사시면 광고 없이 바로 나옵니다.

I can't find what I bought
Tap the gear icon, then 구매 복원 (Restore Purchases). Purchases return on the same Apple Account without any sign-in. Progress (stars) is stored on the device only and is not restored.
How do hints work?
A hint is given for watching a short ad — and we ask first, so tapping the hint button never starts an ad on its own. There is no limit, hints are never sold for money, and every level is solvable without one. Unlock All gives hints with no ad.
How do I remove the ads?
Buying Unlock All removes the banner and interstitial ads permanently and unlocks worlds 4–7. There is no separate ad-removal product.
What is the "Allow tracking?" prompt?
It asks about the iOS advertising identifier used by our ad partners. Declining changes nothing about the app — you see the same number of ads, just non-personalized ones. You can change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
No sound
The iPhone's silent switch overrides the in-app sound setting.
My daily result is missing from the leaderboard
Results solved offline are kept on the device and uploaded automatically later. The day boundary is midnight KST, and only your first attempt of the day is ranked.
